Because Cats Prefer to Stay Home

Half hour visit (minimum) - includes cleaning of litter box, water change/refresh, and feeding of Cat. The remaining time will be spent entertaining the feline. This can include playtime, brushing or just a nice snug (Cats choice). If schedule permits, visit time will be extended to please animal(s).

Litter waste and recycle will be removed from house at each visit.

$15 for one cat/visit

Each additional animal will add a minimum of 15 minutes to visit time.
 

$5/cat/visit

There may be additional fees for animals with special needs.

Water change and filter clean. Feeding of fish and plants.

In most cases a well maintained tank of fish will only require one or two visits in a 7 day period.

Please note - I am unable to care for cold blooded animals or exotics

BASIC - This includes removal of all paper advertising/flyers from
outside of property. Retrieving garbage/recycle containers
from curb. Airing of house during warm weather. Checking on
furnace operation during winter months. Resetting timers if used. Watering up to 5 indoor plants.

Generally making the house seem occupied.

Yard maintenance can be discussed for an additional fee.

(grass cutting, snow removal)

SPECIALIZED - All potted plants will be watered as needed. This service is for people who have a large collection of plants or patio displays. This includes indoor and outdoor pots.

During the summer heat this might need to be daily.

Specialty plants like orchids can be accommodated.

Any additional watering needs can be discussed for an additional fee. (lawn or veggie garden)
